The Wheaton Yamaha Music School providing children ages 3 through 8 with comprehensive music education programs:

Ages 3 ½ to 4

  • Music Wonderland (ages 3 ½ to 4)

Ages 4 ½ to 6 ½ 

  • Musicland (ages 4 ½ to 6 ½)
  • Junior Music Course; Primary I, II, III, IV (ages 4 ½ to 6 ½)
  • Junior Extension Course (JXC 1, 2, 3 4)

Ages 6 ½+

  • Young Musicians Course (ages 6 ½ to and 8)
  • Private piano lessons (ages 9+)

We offer 2 semesters starting in September and February for all our semester classes. We also offer camps in Summer.

Music is fun!

The school's programs provide the young child with an introduction to basic principles of music — relative pitch, notation, melody, harmony, and rhythm — all in an atmosphere that is nurturing, rewarding, and fun. Children play to learn, and their natural musical abilities flourish; the solid foundation for a lifetime with music is built.
